Refunds/Returns/Cancellation Policy

Refunds of deposits for boarding can be issued on cancellation of booking up to 24 hours before arrival date.

Deposits and pre-payment of treatments – Any credits or prepayments made to your account can be refunded to you upon request should procedures or treatments be cancelled.

Cash refunds will only be made if this is the method of original payment.

Errors made online – If you make an incorrect payment amount online please contact us ASAP to rectify the concern.

Services Performed – No refunds are available for completed consulting services.

Pet Store Purchases – Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used, or damaged and if original proof of purchase is available. Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange. Change of mind on purchase, customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds if required.

Several types of goods that either we sell, or which are supplied by the dispensing veterinarian either cannot be returned or are not legally allowed to be returned. Prescription and other medications cannot be returned in compliance with state legislation.
